Law: The agreement and the relationship between you and "This Website" shall be governed by the laws of the of the state of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.You and "This Website" to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state of Nevada . Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the courts of the State of   Nevada and the federal courts applicable within the State. "This Websites" failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Agreement is found by a court to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Assignment: You do not have the right to assign this Agreement or any of your rights to the Service to anyone. "This Website" has the right to assign any or all of its rights and duties under this Agreement or to the Service to any third party. At the election of "This Website", if "This Websites" obligations hereunder are assumed by a third party, "This Website" shall be relieved of any and all liability under this Agreement.
